Must be willing to work with chicken products. ![]() * Other responsibilities as the need arises. * Traces and analyzes key product result measures for improvement opportunities. * Suggests changes in work flow processes and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department and/or production crew to maintain the lowest level of downtime and product costs possible. * Works with the Assistant General Managers and/or Production Managers/Ambassadors to maintain knowledge of yields and variances, methods of calculations, typical problem areas and methods for corrections and improvement. * Responsible for knowing and communicating company benefits and policies to Team members providing encouragement to team members in order to build the best team possible, and the critical ability to perform the human relations functions such as training, retaining, and counseling on personal and professional problems. * Ensures tasks are completed in accordance with HACCP and USDA regulations taking corrective action when necessary. * Maintains adequate knowledge of products and equipment to ensure the ability to direct employees to perform the job properly. * Checks daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring every position is filled before start-up of production line, overseeing Team Members and ensuring all machinery is performing to the highest standard possible.
